At Jady, your satisfaction is our goal, so we offer you a free 14-day trial on all our perfumes.

The box contains a 3ml sample bottle that the customer can try without opening the main container.

If you don't like the fragrance, contact us and we'll make the return or exchange process easy for you.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition. No returns or exchanges are permitted during the promotional period.

To submit a return or exchange request, contact our team via Instagram or email, mentioning your order number, and we will send the request.

In the event of an exchange or return, the full shipping fee will be charged.

After we receive and inspect the returned or exchanged item, we will process your refund request. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your bank account or e-wallet.
